Manuel has developed his extensive career as a consultant, trainer and coach in several national and international consulting and training companies.
During many years he was directly involved in the “SATURN” project, one of the biggest cultural change processes carried out in Europe, and he was one of the pioneers in Spain of the “experiential learning” methodology (ropes courses).
He has led projects related to attitudes change, corporate values, leadership skills, teambuilding competences, cultural changes, etc.
He has worked with and coached Management Teams of several companies and also managers and workers of different countries, levels and responsibilities (Random House, Microsoft, Ikea, Hilton, Nestlé, Volkswagen, Telefónica, Barclays, Monsanto…).
Has published several books about coaching, leadership and conflict management.
