Maisha Jack

Dr. Maisha Jack, a mother, wife, educator, entrepreneur, author, self-publisher, and owner of The Honey Butter Company, LLC, was born and raised in Winchester, Kentucky, the Bluegrass State. Maisha received her Doctorate of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from Trinity International University of Ambassadors, as well as attended and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, where she earned a full basketball scholarship and academic honors. Maisha majored in Early Childhood Development: Interdisciplinary with a minor in Special Education. With a Master's degree in Instruction in Education and a Specialist Degree in Leadership: K-12 from Central Michigan University, Maisha continues to be an advocate for children and an agent for change. Using her dual certification in General Education and Special Education, Maisha has dedicated her life to ensuring equality and access for students, families, and all that she comes in contact with. An educator for 20+ years and an avid sports fan, Maisha considers faith and family to be most important to her.

Using her life's experiences, creative talents, educational background, and determination to navigate through the struggles of her family, Maisha's 1st self-published book, "A Day's Journey To Jordan", depicts stories of pain, strife, stamina, healing, and forgiveness. Using these emotions to fuel and release an entrepreneurial spirit of sharing and helping others, Maisha's authorship journey began and has expanded across multiple genres.

Added to Maisha's diversified portfolio includes children's books, "The Adventures of Win and Wil: The Birthday Celebration" and "The Adventures of Win and Wil: The Birthday Celebration Activity and Coloring Book". Also added are book collaborations, Finding Joy in the Journey, and "Joy Comes in the Morning".
