Chiwah Slater

Amazon best selling author Chiwah Slater is a writer, book sherpa, and publisher whose life has taken numerous side paths, including ten years as a professional clown! A passionate lover of nature and Earth, she is active in the San Diego chapter of Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project. Her children’s books are part of a growing project to help families take action to save our earthly future. She meditates daily on the Inner Sound and Light and fervently supports “green” education and action, human and animal rights, racial and gender equality, education for all, ending hunger and homelessness, and creating a peaceful and harmonious world. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Native American linguistics from the University of California at San Diego.
