Well Like Most People in Life the daily life events disturb us all in some way, some are very minor and in other cases very major life upheavals, Some of these events Create Anxiety and in some cases Major Depression, My Journey required Two years of Counselling and at the end I could move forward But with NO ANSWERS & No Reasons WHY I was SO LIFE THREATENING TO MY SELF, So I penned two books the First one A.R.C Against Depression , This in many cases the People that read the 18 pages have related to me they had developed a personal understanding about their reaction to the triggers and why they were their own worst enemy and a greater understanding of SELF. The second had to be rewritten because Women that read the fist book wanted more information and I had to consider things from a women's point of View and the realities of their thinking , So I endeavored to open the unknown thoughts of women and Penned UNDERSTANDING your DEPRESSION , I hope if engaged and read it helps with some personal non thought of Understanding
