Patricia Gable

My dad was always writing something…poetry, letters and even letters to the editor of newspapers. I still have a handwritten letter from my dad that he sent to my grandparents during World War II when he was in the Navy in the Pacific. It was a long letter detailing the truth about what was going on over there that the news wasn’t reporting.

Because of all of this, I began writing when I retired from teaching. I’ve written short stories for children, nonfiction articles for an educational website, and finally I have written three novels for middle grade children:

THE RIGHT ADDRESS THE RIGHT CHOICE THE RIGHT DISCOVERY

Soon a new series is being published: NO ONE CAN SEE ME

I read this in paperback. The children are adorable and brave. They go through so much. I was surprised to find out how the strange man was helping. I won’t give it away. Good read.

Our grandson (age 12) loved your book.I gave it to him at Christmas and he said it was the best book he ever read. His mom had to explain what "foster kids" were-opened up great discussions. Keep up the good work.
