Peter Fischbach

Peter J. Fischbach is a born and raised New Jersey native who has a deep love for the great State of New Jersey. He has traveled extensively throughout the country and around the world, and has spent the last 35 years cultivating his palate and honing his culinary skills. Peter has a profound love of cooking and sharing his craft with friends and family. He is known for his big bold flavor profiles, simple cooking techniques and unique spin on familiar classical cooking.

Peter lives on the “Jersey Shore” with his beautiful wife and soulmate of 28 years DeAnne, his two amazing sons Alexander and Caden, and his 3 furry Pitbull babies Autumn, Raven and Cain Marko. This book was written to share some of the rich culture and historic heritage of New Jersey and one of Pete’s favorite American Cuisines, Barbecue, with everyone!
