As a learning consultant and author with decades of experience in advanced learning technologies, Ria understands the heart of instructional design and the technological frameworks that best support it. Holding three degrees in Education; focusing on technology, librarianship, and global education respectively, Ria spent her early career as a classroom teacher before moving into training in the corporate sector. She is also the founder and owner of 2 businesses - Novel Suite and Custom Learning Design.
