J.D. Crawford

J.D. Crawford has a keen interest in history, particularly ancient history, and the rise and fall of civilisations. His knowledge and study of history, including a university degree majoring in ancient history, helps him craft science fiction stories.

J.D. is originally from a small town in Australia, but went on to university in Brisbane, Queensland. During his years of study, he had a largely wasteful (in academic terms) exchange in Nottingham (United Kingdom). He has worked in London for a two-year stint (often spent in the drinking establishments frequented by famous historical literary figures and barristers around Fleet Street).

He lives in Australia, is happily married and has two cats (less happily in this respect).
