Janet Karim

Janet Zeenat Karim is a renowned Malawian media professional with an illustrious publishing career spanning over 40 years in print, broadcast, and social media environments. Karim is a keen Sunday school instructor and a devout Christian with a passion for telling children’s biblical stories. As a radio broadcaster, she created her signature children’s radio show, Slap Me Five! God is Alive! Series that she presented on three radio stations. A gifted storyteller in both fiction and non-fiction environments, Karim is a columnist for popular print and online news brands. Some of her books appear under her penname Janet Dithi. She currently works as a high school special education teacher in Virginia, USA. Janet has three grown-up sons, two daughters, and 16 grandchildren.
