Sonina Matteo

Sonina Matteo's career spans technical communications, journalism, content management and project management. Her articles and reports were published in IT Communications magazines and with McGraw Hill/Datapro/Gartner. She received her Master of Science in Technical Communications from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. She worked for several years as an Associate Editor with a McGraw-Hill subsidiary and then in various senior technical writing and training positions with utilities and other service providers within the United States. She is currently a Project Manager at a leading American cable/internet company, where she manages short and long-term projects, training and documentation, and helps with process improvement.
