Philippe J. Cassard

Philippe Cassard was born in 1951 in Nantes, France. After he graduated as a pharmacist, he had various executive international positions in the pharmaceutical industry and has travelled extensively in approximately seventy countries. Now retired, he enjoys writing from his two homes, near Paris and outside Philadelphia. Especially interested in the history of the United States, a country he knows well, he has published his first novel set during the sixties when US NATO air bases were present in France("Vietnam ou Prison? OTAN s'exiler"). Enriched by his own investigation conducted in Dallas, Texas, Philippe Cassard has also written a book on the JFK assassination plot and its cover-up ("The JFK assassination Facts they don't want you to known" and its French version "JFK Omerta sur un Coup d'état"). Then followed a non-fiction book about forensic investigations on suspicious deaths of high-profile celebrities and an anthology on the French elite's impressions during their exile or their long journey in America. His latest fiction is an historical novel “La Couronne d’Ishtar”, the story of the journey across three continents of a 25-century-old women’s ceremonial headdress.

His other areas of interest are Ancient Rome history and travelling. He is married with two children. Contact: Facebook and LinkedIn
