I was born in 1951 in Wheeling, WV to hardworking parents with Christian values.
In the ninth grade my English teacher had the class read Dickens' "Great Expectations" and my love of reading had begun.
Eventually I read "Lord of the Rings", became a hard core fan and set my sites on writing my own fantasy.
About this time (1969) I received some serious Bible training and lost my focus on writing. I, also, began conducting a public speaking class which I did for some twenty-five years.
It was after this that I related a dream I had to my wife and she suggested that I write it down. I thought that a story about a shopping mall in outer space was silly, but I reconsidered and with my wife's loving support it is now a published book here on Amazon.
The latest drawings of the four support ships that make up the Starship-Cosmic Mall's convoy. My good friend Kevin Bingham created the artwork as he was inspired by the story. The ships are "The Crocket", the ship that is used as a preliminary to the mall ship's visit to each planet. It is captained by Zach Demopolis. "The Gator", the ship that serves as a rear guard and is the only one equipped with heavy weaponry. It is captained by Dewley Paxton. The two other ships are supply vessels that make periodic runs to planets with supply depots so that the mall ship is fully stocked.
