Ph.D. Tamara Willis

Dr. Tamara Willis is passionate about increasing student achievement for all students using data-driven instructional practices, transformational leadership, and parent/community partnerships. In her pursuit of the success of every learner, she has been unwavering in her campaign to leverage academic, social/emotional, and fiscal resources for her district. Dr. Willis is steadfast in her campaign to prepare globally competitive 21st-century learners through innovation and customization. Microsoft featured her district in a Microsoft Customer Story, and she was a two-time featured speaker for HP's American Reinventor's Series. During her more than twenty years in education, Dr. Willis has served as Teacher, Principal, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and Adjunct Professor in special education and instructional leadership. Dr. Willis is currently Superintendent of the Susquehanna Township School District located in South Central Pennsylvania.
