Jason Holyhead

Jason Holyhead is a working-class writer and lifelong Sheffield United supporter. He has released two books about the Blades. His debut Aint Got a Barrel of Money was his first book, followed by the sequel (Still) Aint Got a Barrel of Money. The two books chart United's fall from grace in the mid-1970s, resulting in relegation to the old Fourth Division, followed by the return to the big time with a decade of success and promotions under Ian Porterfield and later Dave Basset.

Jason lives in Sheffield where he grew up.
