Robin Brown-Wood is a self-appointed "student of human behavior" and has always been fascinated with what makes
humans tick. Her curiosity propelled her to pursue a degree in psychology and her observations culminated in the
writing of this, her first book. Throughout her journey, she has witnessed human behavior both at its best and less
optimal, and arrived at a couple of conclusions. One, that the life we lead is created by the choices we make (or don't)
and, that humans get in their own way of positive fulfillment more than they realize. Another, that fear of success or of
failure kills more souls and goals than most of the major health issues combined. So much of that fear prevents us
from living a life that is less than our authentic selves.
AUDACIOUS AUTHENTICITY delves into some of those psychological and social reasons and suggests some ways
that we can break that hold of living a less than authentic life. Robin's authentic path has led her through many life
choices--librarian, landscaper, photographer, clothing designer, certified personal trainer, combat Veteran and currently
caterer. Journey with her as you, too, can discover how to create your own authentic path.
