Trisha Durham

Trisha is a yoga teacher and movement educator who writes. She helps teachers and students rediscover their strength and move more comfortably, kindly and confidently in life. This includes: expanding teacher knowledge to adapt their sequencing to better serve students with pain and injuries AND extinguishing harmful myths common in fitness culture that limit access and stifle capabilities.

Trisha has dedicated her life to being a mover. A former professional dancer previously and PADI scuba instructor, her interest and study in multiple movement-based arts is what provides fresh insight that informs her teaching.

Trisha holds a Masters Degree from the University of Cincinnati in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies and an AAS in Nutritional Sciences.
