Larry Gore Jr., born July 2nd, 1979, in Detroit, Michigan, is a poet, freelance journalist, and successful author. Many of his works have been featured in local and regional newspapers and magazines, including The Detroit Free Press, The Detroit News, Michigan Chronicle, and The Macomb Daily.
He is a member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers), He has also published 6 books of poetry and 1 book of analogies: Pillow Talk-2011, Ebony Blues-2021, Rhythm & Friction-2023, The Inner View-2023, A Kiss from a Gentleman -2024, Salvation '88- 2026, and Last Stop Before the Chop Shop: distinctive analogies between women and means of transportation.
