One of the hardest things for me to write is something about myself. The key to a good Bio is to provide information that will spark the interest of the reader. I find it difficult to make myself sound interesting. However, I will attempt to do so :) --

I'm (as of this writing) 75 years old and retired. I live in central Alabama. I've had the pleasure of visiting all 50 states in America, along with 6 countries. I'm a US Army veteran. A large part of my military career was spent in Vietnam during more troubling times. I hope to revisit Vietnam before my time ends. I raced motorcycles for 43 years. Never as a professional, purely amateur. However, I managed to win 2 State Championships flat tracking and 3 National Championships in motocross after I turned 60. Most of my spare time is spent aboard my boat, the "Lady J". She's moored in a marina located on the Tennessee river in north Alabama. I've traveled rather extensively throughout the waterways of the southern part of the US. Besides the Tennessee river, I cruised the Tennessee Tombigbee waterway, Cumberland river, Kentucky lake and Lake Barkley plus a few smaller contributories.

I have been interested in writing since I was a kid. Several years ago, I complied all the things I had written (at the time) and put together my 1st book, "The Literary World of a Simple Man". Some time later, I wrote my 1st novel, "A Mercenary Story", followed by "Revenge Is Never Sweet". Just recently I published, "Demons Of The Night - Living With PTSD".

OK, it's not sophisticated or elegant, but there's my Bio, I hope you found some part of it interested. Thank you for taking the time to read it.
