Jordan Weisinger

Jordan David Weisinger graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with an M.S. in Data Analytics (2019), Northwestern University with an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration (2017), and the University of Massachusetts Amherst with an M.B.A. (2015). He has an B.A. in Literature from the University of Delaware and combines his knowledge of statistical analysis with public policy and a love of writing.

Jordan has written several books detailing how alternate forms of democracy can be used for nation building, He focuses on high-quality systems that deliver anti-discriminatory and anti-corruption properties, improving their long-term viability and interest from special interest groups. He has written about GDP-based systems (2017), Income-based systems (2018), Tax-based systems (2018), and Asset-based systems (2020) and intends to continue exploring how econometric systems of representation can improve outcomes for nation building efforts. Recently he has written books focusing on how mayors, governors, and legislators can use public policy to resist authoritarian movements or successfully wage a war for independence. Strategic non-violent institutional protests are intended to make it more likely that the econometric systems of representation described in earlier books are used for nation building in wars of succession, secession, or democratization.

He is an essayist who has received letterhead responses from U.S. House of Representative Rothman for work titled "Continuing the Experiment in Democracy, American Innovations in Political Science" and "Economic Crises, Civil Unrest, and World War". With several more letterhead responses on the topics of sovereignty, threats of default, national guard, and the debt ceiling limits.
