My origin story is a simple one; I wanted to be a writer and I realised from a young age that if you do something you truly love for a living you'll never work a day in your life. For most of my career as a magazine writer that has been true, but while writing for other people has paid the bills, it's never alleviated that desire to write stories. Instead it's often got in the way of fulfilling that dream. So here I am, finally a (self) published author with my first of (hopefully) many books. What else can I tell you about myself? Well I'm mum, wife, and dog owner (shorkie poo), who loves adventures, activities and all sorts of fun things. I've been held back by anxiety and self doubt for so much of my life, but I've finally come to realise if I spend the rest of my life worrying about what other people think, I'll never achieve anything. So here I am and here's my book.
