Blue Quill Chapter

The Blue Quill Club was founded on June 3rd, 1928. In 1937, when the League of Utah Writers was formed, the Blue Quill Club became the Blue Quill chapter, the League’s oldest chapter. While many years have gone by and some things have changed, the core values of our writing group have remained the same. We, like other chapters of the League of Utah Writers, offer friendship, education, and encouragement to the writers and poets of Utah. While most of our members live in and around Ogden, we have members who travel for miles to join us.

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings. Whether you’re interested in hearing from our guest speakers or participating in our critique groups, there's something for everyone in the Blue Quill chapter.
