Peter Bebersdorf

Peter Bebersdorf first gained experience in various management positions at Daimler Busses in the assembly of multi-variant products and in the application of the lean philosophy. At AGCO, he took over the plant management of Fendt tractor production and developed VarioTakt, one of the most successful applications of variable takt in combination with classic lean methods. He holds a degree in electrical engineering, an MBA and a Dr. rer. pol. (PhD) from the WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
