John Hale

John Hale, known as The Strategy Guy, is a motivational keynote speaker, strategy facilitator, conference MC and corporate trainer on AI, strategy and leadership. He is the author of four books: The Strategy Book, The Strategy Note, The Strategic Accountant and The CEO Book.

He founded Hale Consulting Group in 1998, a Brisbane based strategy and leadership firm. Across forty years he has advised hundreds of organisations, including Toyota, Westpac, Telstra, Origin Energy, Flight Centre and Dulux Group, and presents around thirty times a year at conferences across Australia and internationally. His keynotes help executives and boards think more strategically and act decisively, especially in the age of AI.
