Hello! For almost 25 years I've done crazy awesome things in business and on an adventure to build my best life. I've had fun working in a diverse array of industries and have led, acquired, sold, integrated, separated, and built businesses while married to a saint and raising a special needs child. I'm a bestselling author, speaker, mindset junkie, and wellness goal-getter with a passionate belief in “Everything You Do Matters”, known as the Butterfly Effect.

After a long career as a corporate executive running a multi-state business unit, Lisa became laser focused – helping businesses grow and people thrive. As a servant leader, I find joy in helping and inspiring others to great success which has led me to volunteer with Dress for Success Cincinnati, YWCA, the Goering Center, Redwood, Tender Mercies, and the Metropolitan Club. On most evenings or weekends, you can find me outside by the fire pit with my family listening to music, on the front porch enjoying the weather, playing with 95 lb. fur baby, or camping.
