James L Eakins

James L. Eakins was born in his parents’ home in Ozark, Missouri on December 4, 1953. He spent his childhood there, attending grade school and high school. Today he pastors the Ozark Full Gospel Church.

James has been married to his wife, Judy (Johnson), from Galena, Missouri, for 47 years. Together they have Seven beautiful children - Galen, Misty, Rachel, Benjamin, Joshua, Charity, and Judy Kaylee. He has eight grandchildren.

James has been doing God’s work for 45 years. He has served as a missionary, having been to Belize in Central America, and a number of Native American Indian reservations. The family lived and served the Indians at Pyramid Lake, Nevada, and later spent three years as pastor of Gardnerville Assembly of God Church in Carson Valley, Nevada. Returning to his hometown in 1994, James established the Ozark Full Gospel Church where he has served as the senior pastor for the last 27 years.
