Ryan Spence is a life coach, yoga teacher, and author of the corporate coaching guide, The Triple C Method®️.

A first-class law graduate of the University of London, Ryan’s prestigious eleven-year career in BigLaw involved him in deals that won the Finance Deal of the Year at the 2018 Asia Legal Awards and the 2019 UN Global Impact Award.

When Ryan realised that each rung of the corporate ladder he reached was taking him further from where he wanted to be, he took a leap of faith and set off on a quest to find himself.

Driven by his own experience of corporate life, Ryan has become a passionate leader in the corporate wellbeing and mindset sphere, coaching professionals to find their version of fulfilment, meaning and joy so they can move from survival mode to thrival mode and live life Lit!

Ryan lives with his wife and two children in Sheffield, UK.
