Idalberto Chiavenato

Idalberto Chiavenato is recognized and prestigious for the excellence of his work in Administration and Human Resources, not only for his production and literary contribution, but mainly for his influence in the definition and application of modern and innovative administrative concepts applied to successful organizations.

He currently serves as a member of the São Paulo State Regional Administration Council (CRA-SP) and president of the Instituto Chiavenato de Educação.

Among the more than 30 works that he is author, co-author and organizer, the titles “Management of People”, “Career and Competence”, “Entrepreneurship”, “Organizational Behavior”, “Introduction to Organization Theory” and “Vision and Strategic Action”, among others, published in more than 20 Portuguese and Spanish-speaking countries.

He holds a Master's and Doctorate in Business Administration from the City University of Los Angeles, in the United States; specialist in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP; graduated in Philosophy and Pedagogy, with specialization in Educational Psychology from USP and in Law from Universidade Mackenzie.
