K.B. Nam

KB Nam is a late bloomer whose virtue resonates in the quote by Stanislaw Jerzy Lec, “Youth is the gift of nature, but age is a work of art.” Growing up in Korea, KB Nam was a young rising star in creative literature; however, a sudden move to the States put her promising career on hold.

Three decades later, she unveils her first poetry book, The Wild Yonder. Her desire to write poetry first emerged in an unassuming cat she rescued from a shelter. “Maximus Winston Bennett” proved to be a catalyst for her creative spirit. Her writing includes spiritual ponderings, humor, passing thoughts, and, of course, Maximus, who was there from the beginning.
