A Los Angeles townie who writes screenplays and weird fiction, some of Shelly's greatest delights are discovering new secret parking spaces, lesser-trafficked hiking trails, and made-for-TV horror and thrillers—from 1970s satanic panics to recent ladies’ stalker potboilers.
