Irina Shehovsov is the Founder of Reclaim Your Life. She empowers brokenhearted women to reclaim their life from past relationships, to get unstuck and move forward in life. Irina believes that just like an electric plant generates electricity, you can generate happiness from within, which is a daily practice. She stands by these three words, Live, Dream and Grow. Living is about wellness of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of being. Dreaming is about the pursuit of dreams. Growing is about continuous evolution and growth as we learn about ourselves and the world around us and make it a better place for the future. She is the host of two podcasts Single Parent Success Stories and Reclaim Your Life with Irina and runs a YouTube channel called Happiness Academy. Irina’s intention is to empower women to believe in themselves, no matter what anyone says.
