Ray Griffin

Ray resides in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, a place of natural beauty and a source of inspiration for his poetry. He enjoys hiking in the nearby Blue Ridge Mountains, watching deer frolic in the woods behind his home, and delving into genealogical research. He also enjoys visiting the region's superb vineyards with friends.

Ray is a member of the Virginia Writers Club, Poetry Society of Virginia, and the Blue Ridge Writers. He is very active with the Blue Ridge Writers, having served as its critique coordinator and also serves as the poetry editor for the BRW's quarterly journal.

He has written four genealogies, one of which is available on Amazon. Ray has also published two poetry books, 'Under the Ginkgo Tree' and 'Winsome Morning Breeze.' He is currently working on his third book which he hopes to have published by the end of 2022.
