Seth Rolfe has nearly three decades of leadership in the hospitality industry. He is the founder of SR Hospitality Resources and the author of Every Guest, Every Time: The Relentless Pursuit of Hospitality Excellence, which distills a career of luxury hospitality into nine principles for leaders, built on one conviction: the standard is not what you do on your best day — it is what you do on every day.

Seth is also the author of A 21-Day Devotion, a guide to building the consistent prayer life that is the foundation of a healthy and whole people. He lives in metro Atlanta with his wife and children.
