Leighton T Healey is a serial construction entrepreneur, executive coach, and tech founder. As the former Vice President of a massive construction franchisor, he scaled their business to 800 employees, coached 70 different franchisees and was responsible for over $40MM in revenue. During his tenure, he taught hundreds of new business owners how to launch and grow their construction companies and was directly responsible for all financial planning, budgeting, legal, executive development, operations, risk management, human resources, and recruitment.
