Axel Müller

Axel Müller is Professor in Mineralogy and Petrology at the Natural History Museum of the University of Oslo. He has a strong interdisciplinary geoscience career and teaches mineralogy, geochemistry and economic geology. His interest in mermaid art and symbolism rose when he did his post-doctoral studies of geology of the Cornish coast, the cradle of many mermaid stories.
