Don Dimberio is an 83-year-old first-time author. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, he spent most of his career in the plastics industry, where he was able to provide a good life for himself. Yet deep down, he always had gratitude for the three women who made his life possible: The Sisters from Campobasso.
His mother and her sisters had to go through what no young children should have to go through. This is a story of their resilience. It is not only a tribute to these three ladies, but to all the undervalued stories of hardship. So many stories get lost through the generations and Don would like this story to be one that begins the trend of generational stories carrying on over time.
