Here’s a bit about me.

I were born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I am a food & beverage enthusiast and a storyteller ,whilst first and foremost, a writer.

My story begins in the country where people put their heart and soul in everything they do, cooking in particular. The delicate touch in using simple spices and ingredients somehow creates this beautiful harmony that connects senses. My deep affection to the gourmet world nests in there.

I enjoy traveling and tasting world cuisines. I also love being awaken by the aromas of my mother’s kitchen and the sound of her sizzling pan making breakfast every morning. My fondest and earliest memory is tasting Banh Cuon (Vietnamese Steamed Rice Rolls) at my family’s small food stand daily before heading to class: I have been both exposed to the food street cries at dusk, and their echo over the calm, silent sunrise. From that moment on, I have never wanted to leave the food scene.
