Katya Davydova is a Los Angeles-based author, leadership facilitator, and coach who helps humans flourish. She holds a master’s degree in organizational development and knowledge management, leading hands-on workshops at companies like Google and Netflix, and investing in others’ well-being as a habits, workplace, and lifestyle coach. Her past expertise is in people operations, higher education, design thinking, and consulting.

Katya views life as a treasure hunt. She believes every day contains at least one moment that ignites wonder or joy, and that it is our job to uncover and savor that tiny treasure. She also does handstands on mountaintops, befriends strangers at grocery stores or concerts, and runs through the world, trying to catch every last ray of sunshine.
