Carys Brown - The accidental author, artist and illustrator, raiser of boys and lover of all things Welsh and outdoors. Carys wrote this book as a bed time story for her kids. She hopes that it will help raise awareness and get us all talking more openly about our greatest anxiety and fears. The book was illustrated by Carys and her uncle, Sergeant C Brown who was a former Royal Marine who loves adventures and eating peanut butter and marmite sandwiches.
