I was born in Manhasset, NY, and never moved five miles from there. As a child, I grew up in Port Washington, NY, a natural harbor and sailing town. My education and working life were quite diversified. I was a bartender, bank teller, scuba diver, and Dockmaster, I attended a local community college and local universities. When I graduated with a degree in Finance, I attended NYU for real estate and Harvard Medical School just for kicks. My jobs and education introduced me to thousands of people. At the end of the day, I had spent ten years working on the water on boats, ten years as a bartender, and thirty years in the financial world. Throughout my life, I have been affected by mysterious illnesses. By the time the Doctors figured it out, I was blind in one eye, had a double amputation leaving me with no feet, a 5x heart bypass, and I am in end-stage kidney failure. I am now retired and fill my days writing stories and telling tales of my adventures on the roads I've traveled. I hope you find enjoyment in a few of my stories.
