Stephanie G

Stephanie G. who prefers to be called Steph by everyone, was a struggling reader growing up. However, she loved creating stories, characters and making them come to life with her dolls. With an overactive imagination, she even entered a story writing competition when she was 12 years old. Sadly, she didn’t win, but was proud that she gave it a go!

Currently, Steph works as a primary school teacher aide. She loves encouraging her students to always give things a go and to embrace their mistakes.

Steph is also the co-host of two popular podcasts. One for children called 'Car ride stories for GIGI kids' (where she is Poppy) and one for teen girls called 'GIGI teen radio'.

She loves co-writing with her sister Maes and together is creating an exciting Christian series for teen girls. The first in this series is 'Giselle: the secret of the locket'. The prequel to this series is ‘Silver and the mystery of the bells’- available as a free downloadable eBook on the website.

She lives in sunny Brisbane, Australia, and is looking forward to moving with her family to the countryside, where she can find more creative inspiration for her writing and maybe even keep a pet deer or two (shh don’t tell anyone).

You can see more of what Steph does on her website https://www.gigistorylibrary.com.au/ or on Instagram @gigi_teen_girl or email her at writegigi5@gmail.com

She loves getting her readers' mails and will reply to each one!
