Andreza Araújo

Andreza Araújo is an EHS Senior Executive, with more than 24 years of experience in Supply Chain, with projects to strengthen and transform the safety culture in companies positioned in the Fortune 500 in the consumer goods sector, including positions as Global Head of EHS. She holds a degree in Civil Engineer and Labor Safety Engineer from Unicamp and a Master’s degree in Environmental Diplomacy from the University of Geneva. She graduated in Sustainability from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is leader in Security by the Conference Board of Belgium. And she is specialized in People Management and Coaching at Ohio University, in addition to other technical training in Africa, Europe and USA. She is also the author of eleven other titles, including the book Culture of Security, which was the first book written on the subject in Portuguese. Throughout her career, she was invited to represent Brazil and the EHS sector at UN headquarters in Paris, at Watec in Israel and ILO headquarters in Turin, Italy. She was awarded twice by PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi for results in EHS management, also received more than 10 awards in her area inside and outside Brazil. In 20 years, more than 100,000 people in 47 countries have been impacted by her peculiar way of talking about security. Currently is dedicated to research and make accessible all knowledge about Safety Culture. His slogan known to many is “Safety is Care”.
