Matt Dillon

Matt Dillon is an avid cyber security professionals with a long track record of assisting small and medium clients with fortifying their businesses against cyber threats. Together with his business partner, Nick McClain, they founded a cyber security consulting firm called Reciprocal Technologies and hold more than 25 years of cyber security and technical experience. Their partnership fuels their business, as their strengths and weaknesses play into each other’s well. Matt manages a rapidly growing team of professionals responsible for securing thousands of endpoints. Outside of cyber security, Matt is a car enthusiast and enjoys attending track days, car-and-coffee events, etc. Matt is married to his wonderful wife, Jess. Together they have two boys: Wesley, and Channing.
