Claudio Raspollini

Claudio Raspollini was born in Sovigliana di Vinci, Tuscany, in 1954. After graduating as a surveyor, he earned a Diploma in Religious Studies with a focus on education and teaching. For more than thirty years, he worked as a teacher of Catholic Religion in secondary schools in the Florence area.

In 1990, he was ordained a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Florence. Since 1993, he has served at the Church of San Zanobi in Casignano, a small community nestled in the hills of Florence, where he lives with his wife, Anna.

Alongside his educational and pastoral work, he has cultivated a lifelong passion for writing. Over the years, he has published poetry collections, novels, short stories, spiritual works, children's books, and graphic novels. At the heart of his writing lie themes such as the human condition, hope, faith, love, and the search for meaning.

His most notable works include He, the King!, The Gaze of the Heart, Butterfly Heart, With Heart and Soul, the fantasy series The Chronicles of the Composers, the graphic novel Jeremiah, and the children's series The Adventures of Bosco Fiorito.

Convinced that every story contains a truth capable of touching the human heart, Claudio continues to write about dreams, questions, and hopes that accompany humanity on its journey through life.
