Gillianne H. Fuller is a Canadian author, educator, and advocate on a mission to empower women by breaking the silence and stigma surrounding menopause. As the founder and Executive Director of Menopause Matter, Gillianne has led a provincial advocacy campaign called Free HRT Ontario, which is calling on the Ontario government to add all clinically approved forms of menopausal hormone therapy, including transdermal estradiol and micronized progesterone, to the Ontario Drug Benefit formulary at no cost to women. In May 2026, the campaign's petition was formally read into the Ontario Legislative Assembly by MPP France Gélinas, making it part of the official Hansard record.

Gillianne is the Founder and CEO of Sur AI, a full-service artificial intelligence agency supporting businesses and organizations in implementing and scaling AI-powered systems and solutions.

She is also the Founder and CEO of Soleil Consulting, where she supports organizations and founders in business structuring, operational strategy, grant writing, and digital development.
