Bridget M. Beauchamp

I am a retired mother and grandmother from Cumbria, living near the North Yorkshire border. I have had a lifelong interest in British history and in particular the Plantagenet kings and the Wars of the Roses. I am a committed Ricardian and member of the Richard III Society, dedicated to restoring the unjust reputation of this much maligned monarch. I enjoy visiting historical sites throughout Britain and I appreciate classic English Literature, art and the natural history of the British Isles. I enjoy painting, walking, gardening, reading and travel around Britain. I spent my childhood on the Suffolk coast, my teens and early adulthood in West Sussex and my family life and retirement in Cumbria.
