Simcha Kackley, Founder and CEO of Swivel, has held leadership Sales & Marketing roles in Cincinnati for 15+ years, including VP Marketing at The Business Backer, VP Sales and Marketing at IronRoad, and Director of Marketing at Champion Windows. Throughout her experience across various companies and marketing teams, she noticed one common pattern that was holding back businesses from success—placing the blame on sales reps for a lack of performance.
In 2018, Simcha founded her company, Swivel, with the intent of showing B2B businesses a better way to grow sales. Hiring sales people for their rolodex, pushing their way through linear growth, and then hiring new reps when those rolodexes run out isn’t a sustainable model. Instead, company leaders can get more from their existing sales team by maximizing their efforts with the right processes and standards in place, and with better partnership between sales and marketing.
Swivel started helping companies like these go from brute force to scalable growth by empowering them with better lead generation, sales enablement, and sales development—all from one core, multi-disciplinary team. With a focus on collaboration and partnership between sales and marketing, Simcha developed the Growth System model for B2B sales success. The Growth System’s emphasis on sales enablement allows companies to maximize their existing sales team, resulting in long-term, stable, predictable pipeline growth with increased close rates and higher margins. With wins in the technology, manufacturing, industrial, and services spaces, she has found that this approach brings success to a variety of companies in different industries.
Simcha has been an avid member of the local marketing and business scene in the Cincinnati area, acting as a board member and President of the Cincinnati chapter of the American Marketing Association for four and a half years, from 2012-2017. She’s also passionate about giving back to the community, serving as a Big Sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati since 2010. She was Founder of the Rock n’ Aspire Foundation, an annual Cincinnati-based fundraiser created to aspire music lovers to unify in support of the National MS Society, whose mission is to find a cure and address the challenges of everyone affected by MS. Here, she led the vision and creative development of the event concept, name, messaging, brand, website, email marketing, local marketing and event marketing.
Simcha graduated with an BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University, as well as achieving an MBA with a marketing focus from the University of Cincinnati. She currently lives in Cincinnati with her husband, son, and 2 dogs, Riley and Chase.
