Mike Alan loves to drink... Coffee! After working up the ranks as a Barista for multiple coffee houses in California, Australia and Mexico, he turned his attention to perfecting the art of the home brew. He has poured this experience (see what I did there? :) into several books on coffee, and hopes to launch his own brand of coffee products one day.
