Robert L. Brunker

Robert L. Brunker is a career dentist of 42 years, served as the editor of his state dental association, has taught dental anatomy at a local dental hygiene school, taught high school chemistry and numerous Bible studies. He is an elder in his church and has participated in thirteen medical missions to Jamaica. Bob enjoys small woodworking projects and making sawdust at the aggravation of his wife of 55 years.

He is now trying his hand at juvenile Christian literature focused on family story time reading and including teaching plans for the classroom teacher and the home-schooling community. His first novel is entitled The Tale of Two Miracles (ISBN 979-8985681109) is the first in an anticipated series on the finding of families by two orphaned roommates, Sam and Fred. The second installment is anticipated in the Spring of 2023. Another book to be released in the fall of 2022 is Sweet Adeline: A Mother’s Kitchen Poetry and Her Son’s Retrospection. The book is a true accounting of his mother’s life as expressed through her poetry. It is a faith-based biography of an orphaned woman that accepted where God placed her and how she became a living example of sacrificial love. This work is a labor of love started thirty six years ago when he wrote his first “retrospection” of his mother’s poetry as he collected then over the remaining years of Adeline’s life.
