Novy Rich is an Australian historian, artist, and author whose storytelling blurs the lines between myth and memory, truth and transformation. A natural-born storyteller, she writes by living inside her worlds, feeling, breathing, and painting every detail until her characters become as real as the air around her. Novy is a true Mythopoeic.

Her acclaimed trilogy, The Place of Pendants, beginning with Miasmic, merges historical depth with fantasy and romance, while her poetic collection Breath Between Worlds captures love and longing in ethereal form. Drawing from her background in cultural history and kinesthetic learning, Novy’s writing is rich with sensory texture and emotional resonance.

A descendant of Scottish poet Robert Tannahill, Novy continues her ancestor’s legacy through words that sing with rhythm, heart, and humanity. Whether crafting ancient worlds, modern mysteries, or whispered verses written in the dark, she explores the unbreakable thread that connects people across time, love, and story.
