Hello Class:
I have a Masters degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago. I did my undergraduate work at Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
I was in business for many years as a manufacturer, importer and retailer of better ladies apparel. My business took me on frequent trips to Hong Kong, Europe and Israel. I sold my company in 2002 and began my second career as a teacher. I have taught a variety of History and Political Science courses at Chicago area colleges and for several online universities.
I have been with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for 10 years and really enjoy working with the students.
I have published three books available at Amazon Books and all book stores and online on Kindle and Nook.
The titles are: The Trial of St. John. Was the Gospel of John Responsible
for the Holocaust? You Decide.
The Chinese Puzzle. From Friend to Foe. How Did it Happen?
A Bucket of Whitewash. A novel of the experiences of a young African American woman returning to her home in segregated Mississippi in 1963. This book was a selection of Publishers Weekly on August 26, 2019, page 78.
The books can be ordered for FREE from your local library.
I married my high school girl friend and we have three children and six grandchildren. My wife had a very successful career as a soloist for the Lyric Opera Company of Chicago for 10 years and as a Cantorial Soloist and television and concert performer. For hobbies, I enjoy good books, lively conversations and I love teaching.
I look forward to reading your stories.
Cordially, David Diamond
